HYDERABAD / JAMSHORO: To bridge regional disparities and promote the rule of law within underserved districts of Sindh, the HRSD Foundation has announced a strategic regional equity initiative at the Monarch Institute of Law.
Under this newly approved framework, the foundation is offering an immediate 40% tuition scholarship specifically dedicated to qualifying professional law students hailing from Umerkot and the Tharparkar (Thar) region.
By removing economic hurdles for aspiring legal minds in these districts, the project directly advances UN SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), cultivating a diverse, highly trained tier of future judicial professionals who can serve their home communities.
